"Core to our model is supporting public, private, and third sector partners to unlock value from their real estate, so that they can further their purpose.
We are therefore delighted to be working with a (confidential) charity to preserve and enhance their legacy across three separate sites in North London.
The business plan will include education and community uses as well as mixed tenure new homes across retained and new development of their assets."
